Holiday Offerings

Thank you to those who made my first time selling lotions and soaps successful! I really appreciate your support and hope you are enjoying your lotions and soaps! If there is anything you would like to see, or if you have any feedback, please let me know.  

I hope this holiday season finds you well.  I hope you make some time to nourish you, and that you find deep gratitude for simple blessings.

I have a couple new offerings. Our new Christmas Spice Lotion is a favorite at our home, it smells like spices, pine trees, cinnamon, and citrus. It comes in a 4 oz bottle and is $7. 


The 8 oz bottles of lotion pictured below are $12. Fragrance Free Lotion is a new one. All of the other lotions are very mildly scented, we are minimalists when it comes to fragrances. I wrote about the lovingly chosen ingredients for our lotions in my last blog post, click or scroll down to see the previous post. One addition to all the recipes is aloe vera juice, it adds another layer of soothing to the lotion.



I was asked what Mountain Mist Lotion smells like. Fresh wood and trees in a mountain forest after it rains, is what this fragrance smells like. I originally bought the Mountain Mist fragrance for my boys who wanted a more masculine fragrance, but we all love Mountain Mist Lotion, even my girls. 

We are still offering our herbal medicinal lotions, Cayenne N' Coffee and Nerve Calm. I wrote about these in my last blog post. The Cayenne N' Coffee Lotion helps with leg circulation. The Nerve Calm helps support healthy nerves. These are $10 for a 4 oz bottle. 

I haven't been able to get more of the herbs to make Nerve Calm again, but I still have a few Nerve Calm lotion bottles left if you're interested in them. 


We are still offering the Oatmeal Vanilla soap as well, $5 per bar.

Comfrey Comfrey is an amazing plant that offers great medicine and it helps other plants to grow. Comfrey is soothing and cooling, and it helps with hot, dry, painful conditions. It has been used for centuries in wound care, as food for people and animals, as medicine, and as a garden fertilizer. Dandelions- Herbs for Beginners

I asked my children what plant they wanted to study next. Decidedly they said, “Dandelions!!!” As I have studied dandelions, I think children and dandelions may be kindred spirits. They are often overlooked, but they are joyful and full of hope. They renew life. They grow without asking permission! They pack a lot of life and energy into a small size. They are a beautiful gift from God.  Last year we were at the cemetery on Memorial Day to visit my father-in-law’s grave. My mother-in-law put many beautiful flowers around his grave. My children looked around and noticed many graves without flowers, some of them over a hundred years old. They asked why so many graves had no flowers.
